In-Person Coaching
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent aches, or simply want to build real strength and move better, in-person sessions allow us to work directly with your body and movement patterns.
I offer one-to-one coaching focused on biomechanics, strength development, and injury-aware training. Each session is tailored to your body, your history, and your goals so you can move with greater confidence, control, and resilience.
Sessions are held at Fairmont Banff Springs.

Class Schedule
Tuesday 6:45 - 7:15pm: Functional Mobility
A guided class designed to improve joint health, mobility, and control through slow, intentional movement patterns that help reduce pain and improve how your body moves.
Friday 6:30 - 7:30am: Functional Strength
A strength class focused on building real-world strength, stability, and muscular control using intelligent resistance training and movement mechanics.
Saturday 9:45 - 10:45am: Body Sculpt
A full-body strength and conditioning session combining controlled strength work with calisthenics inspired training to build strength, improve muscle tone, and increase overall fitness.
