My work combines sports rehabilitation, strength training, yoga education, and nutritional therapy, allowing me to present complex topics in a way that is both accessible and immediately applicable.

After navigating significant health challenges, I share lessons on resilience, mindset, and the psychological side of recovery.
This talk explores how people can rebuild confidence, purpose, and strength during difficult chapters of life - and why resilience is often built slowly through everyday habits rather than dramatic breakthroughs.

The Body Mechanics Series
One of my most popular workshop formats is an education series, where participants develop an understanding of how their body works, and how to support it through strength, mobility, and intelligent movement.

• Spine and back health
• Shoulder mechanics
• Neck and upper-body tension

Each session typically includes:
